Trouble Shooting

I’m not able to login as a student, although I have a student account.

Please, check if you used the right login combination. You can reset your password via the following link: http://www.energy2b.eu/reset_password

After a successful login, I’m not able to see the online form of the European Round to upload my business plan.

It could be possible that after your login, you are not routed directly to the European platform. Please, go to the European Round: http://european.energy2b.eu/competition

It could be possible that you are not invited by the Energy2B coordinator of your university to join the European Round. You can always check with your Energy2B coordinator about your status whether or not you can join the Energy2B European Round.

Where can I find the business plan templates to be used during the European Round?

You can download the business plan templates via the download links on this page: http://european.energy2b.eu/competition

On the page http://european.energy2b.eu/competition and in the business plan templates you will find requirements and support information, like expected number of pages of the business plan, the points you can earn per business plan chapter etc.

When you have doubts or questions what is expected from you, please contact your Energy2B coordinator.

The business plan template of the European Round contains many different topics. Some topics are not (fully) clear to me.

In principle, the chapters of the business plan are exactly the same as the form items you have used during Round 2: Innovation, Value added, Market, Organisation, Execution and Finance.

We advice you to consider the online documentation (also used for the Energy2B bootcamps): http://www.energy2b.eu/documentation.

Additionally, you are fully free to look for background materials on the internet and in books (e.g. from the university library).
Nevertheless, the Energy2B team is there to give you support. Contact you local Energy2B coordinator and he/she will mobilize support for you.

Of course, the European Round is a competition. This means that we cannot give full support on your complete business plan ;-)

I have tried to upload files, but I see error messages.

You can only upload a few file types like doc, docx, xls, xlsx or pdf. Please, check the file type or file names of your files. Besides, you can only upload files that are smaller than 5Mb. In case of any doubts about the file uploading, please contact your Energy2B coordinator.

When is the deadline to submit my idea?
When do I receive feedback on my business plan?

On the following page you can read the deadlines (submission deadline and feedback deadline) of the European Round: http://european.energy2b.eu/competition

What will happen after I have joined the Energy2B European Round.

In principle, we are very pleased with your effort to join Energy2B, including the local rounds (Round 1 and Round 2), the bootcamp and the European Round.

After the European Round we would like to support you with your ambitions (mentioned in your business plan).
Feel free to contact the Energy2B organisation and/or the Energy2B coordinator of your university to express your needs for support.
